谁能申请在线学习？
新生在课程学期开始前30天已经获得CoE（Confirmation of enrolment），以及已经在读的国际学生 ，并且满足以下条件：
因为COVID-19，前往澳洲的行程或签证的取得受到了影响，如：
因为封控，无法离开自己的国家前往澳洲
航班受限或者航班价格过于昂贵
因为在你的国家或省份的封控，导致你的签证步骤受阻（超过了一般签证平均48天的处理时间）
